Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded.
